Welcome to Vale Royal Life Saving Club

We meet weekly on Tuesdays at Sir John Deane's College Swimming Pool for our Pool Session where we do our Swimming and Life Saving and First Aid Training for all aged 8yrs and upwards.

We teach programmes from the Royal Life Saving Society UK (RLSS UK) who have they're own website if you want to check it out: www.rlss.org.uk

Along with the fun and training we also compete in Life Saving Sport which are competitions based on both skill and speed on Life Saving Technique and Swimming.  We have quite a few success stories!

We teach the following sections from the RLSS Syllabus:

• Rookie Lifeguard (ages 8-14yrs)
• Life Saving 1, 2 & 3
• Bronze Medallion (one off courses available)
• Award of Merit
• Distinction
• Life Support & Life Support 3
• National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers & Coaches (one off courses available)
